We are having a great time in Bar Harbor, ME. We have been so busy. I've only been able to sort through about half of the pictures I've taken, and will be taking more yet this evening. It's supposed to rain most of the day tomorrow so I hope to make it a "work day" to get the blog post caught up.
We are moving less than 60 miles tomorrow morning to Winter Harbor, ME on the Schoodic Peninsula - it's where I really fell in love with Maine on our last visit 12 years ago. I can't wait to sit on the point there. Lots more to share.

Gotta love that area ,and revisiting is always a great time, enjoy your time there and post when you can.
ReplyDeleteCindy and I were just up to Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, and the Schoodic Peninsula last year in August. We stayed at the Bar Harbor Inn. We then went inland and spent a few days around Moosehead Lake, where we went on a "moose safari" early one morning. Our first trip to Maine and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteSo how was the Moose Safari - was it a trip with some company? We have considered doing that. We'd love the opportunity to see one. It is so beautiful up here. My favorite place ever that we have visited. I could come back every year.
