Monday, August 31, 2020 - Moving to Rolla, MO
It was 8:35am when we pulled out of Mill Creek Park Campground, Marshall, IL and began our trek to Rolla, MO for one last overnight stay before returning to Oswego. It was a very quiet morning in the park, not a soul stirring - they all must have needed to sleep in after that late night karaoke. LOL!

Fortunately, the rain let up as we neared Rolla. We have a reservation at the Ozark Farms Family Campground south of Rolla on MO-72. I have to admit we were quite glad to arrive. It seemed like a very long drive today. We pulled in to the park and started looking for the office. We saw some guys at what looked like might be the office, but when we asked them if it was the office, they advised there is no office. We finally determined we were supposed to park on Site 5. There are a number of mobile homes at the back of the property, with a number of RV sites in the front. The RV sites were a very nice size with full-hookups. It didn't take us long to get set up. I sent a text to our friend Donna to let her know we had arrived. They are going to stop at the park to pick us up and we'll go have dinner around 5. We are really looking forward to spending time with them.
When they arrived, they suggested Colton's Steak House & Grill, and it sounded great to us. We had a fun evening visiting with them and enjoyed a wonderful meal. We returned to Bentley, and we visited for another hour or so before they needed to head home.
