I am writing this on August 11, 2015 to wish my granddaughter Kamron a very Happy Birthday on her 10th birthday tomorrow when this will post.
About 4 weeks ago we celebrated her birthday with a day of shopping, eating and then having her spend the night with us.  We had so many things going on before we left and she had the Labette County Fair to participate in so we did a little early celebration.  I've never shared all of the pictures with her so here you go Kamron - a look back celebrating your early birthday with Nana!
First order of business was hitting Northpark Mall in Joplin.  Kamron made a list of all the places she definitely wanted to go, and a second list of places to go IF we had time.  I think for the most part we hit all of them.  She had a list of things she wanted to buy with her own money which she did at Claire's and T J Maxx.
Next item on the agenda was Olive Garden, her favorite restaurant - and mine too!  All of my granddaughters love going to Olive Garden for their birthday's and our annual spring break trip where I enjoy taking all three of the older ones - and we look forward to the day baby Emerson can join us too.

We had a little fun waiting for lunch to arrive:
Her serious look

Her silly look

Her chowing down look
Hobby Lobby was on her list to just look and we had a great time doing just that with a bit of fun too:

The Thinker

The Singer

She said this was her!
This is my sign for her!
On to our next stop was Toys R Us.  Kamron loves baby dolls and she just walked up and down these aisles over and over looking and wishing and just enjoying herself.

She told me it was the best day ever getting to spend so much time in Toys R Us and Hobby Lobby just looking, over an hour at each place.  That's all she wanted to do.  It was so much fun and makes you feel really special to see your grandchild having a good time with you, too!
It was a great day that ended with some ice cream on the way home and an evening of being lazy, and a little fingernail painting, which I failed to get a picture of.
It was a wonderful day with her and as always, I look forward to the next time we get to spend the day together.
I love you sweetheart.  Happy 10th birthday!
